Santa Fe Farmer’s Market Sunflowers

The Santa Fe Farmer’s Market is held at the train depot. Parking is ample and the market is so clean and colorful. Vendors offer up fresh breakfasts and pastries – we enjoy a delectable breakfast and coffee before shopping.

I love sunflowers!  Can’t always get there early enough to buy them before they are sold out.  I was lucky this Saturday morning to find this bunch, each with a different colored center!

“Shell, Bottle and Vatican Pen Box”, 11 x 14 in., oil on linen panel

My husband gave me this beautiful, orange velvet pen box from The Vatican several years ago.  My friend Joe gave me the seashell from the coast of South Africa.  Perfume bottle was my contribution.

This is my first still life painting completed in my new studio!  The flowers arrived for my birthday.  They were so beautiful I just had to capture them on canvas.  18 x 24 in., oil on canvas. Available for purchase.

“Spring Irises” Painting

Spring irises are so full of vibrant color!  I paired them with my grandmothers little jug because it’s so fun to paint objects with some personal memories attached.

This is an 11 x 14″ oil on panel picture and is available for purchase.  Please email me for more information.

“Silver Cup, Bible and Rose”

“Silver Cup, Bible and Rose” is 11 x 12 inches, oil on panel.  It is available for purchase, framed. Please email Kathy to inquire about the frame style and shipping preferences.
