Playing with Paint and My Imagination

Hello Everyone and I wish you a prosperous and healthy 2016!

There are times when I must breakaway from classical portraiture and just play so here are a few pictures done completely freestyle from my imagination. The practice is perfect for experimenting with new techniques and ideas (and for using up old paint not often used, too).

2015 Santa Fe Artists Relief Fundraiser Event

Hello Everyone,

This is a very late post, but nonetheless wanted to share a few pics from the annual Santa Fe Relief Fund Art Auction, held at Blue Rain Gallery.  I donated this piece (below), “Angel of Faith” to this EXCITING and WORTHY event and was glad to do it!

The gallery was filled to the brim with artists, patrons, friends, and families viewing and bidding on over one hundred pieces of art, no larger than 6 x 6 inches.
